Sacred geometry usually meets us as a book topic: the circles, spirals and figure-eights of the old temples, admired on the page. In Maya Mandala's teaching the geometry is met in another place — in the body, walking it.

Maya has taught for over 30 years that a pattern is not known through the eyes: it is known through the body — the movement, the breath, the circle walked together with the others. The body built through the geometry lets a higher quality of state pass through; the form is the practice, and the practice is the form.
