Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement constitutes an official public offer (hereinafter – the “Offer”) by Individual Entrepreneur Maya Germanovna Kuritsina (hereinafter – the “Service Provider”) to any fully capable individual (hereinafter – the “Customer”) to enter into an agreement under the terms set forth below.
1.2. In accordance with Clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (RF Civil Code), if the individual accepts the terms of this Offer and pays for the services, such individual becomes the Customer (pursuant to Clause 3 of Article 438 of the RF Civil Code, acceptance of the Offer is considered equivalent to entering into an Agreement on the terms outlined in the Offer).
1.3. The Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer (acceptance) is confirmed by the action of clicking the “Pay” or “Make a Prepayment” button on the website https://mayamandala.com/. The full text of this Offer Agreement (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) is published at: https://mayamandala.com/dogovor-oferta/.
1.4. By accepting the Offer as specified in Clause 1.3, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to all the terms of this Agreement, including its annexes which form an integral part of this Agreement.
1.5. The Customer agrees that acceptance of the Offer as specified in Clause 1.2 shall be considered as entering into a binding contract under the terms set out herein.
1.6. This Agreement is irrevocable.
1.7. The Agreement does not require stamping and/or signing by the Parties (the Customer and the Service Provider) and remains legally valid.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of consulting and educational services, as well as the sale of goods via the online store, by the Service Provider in exchange for payment under the terms set out herein.
2.2. The Customer accepts the terms and pays for the services in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Payment for Services
3.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the current prices published on https://mayamandala.com/.
3.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices unilaterally.
3.3. The available payment methods are specified at the time of checkout.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All text and graphic materials (except for content published with permission or under license from the rights holder) on the website https://mayamandala.com/ are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

5. Special Terms and Liability
5.1. The Service Provider is responsible for timely service delivery, provided that the Customer complies with all applicable rules and requirements stated on https://mayamandala.com/.
5.2. The Service Provider is not liable for non-fulfillment due to force majeure, including but not limited to: actions of state authorities, natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.

5.4. The Customer agrees to follow all rules and guidelines published on the Service Provider’s website.

6. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data
6.1. The Service Provider agrees not to disclose Customer data.
6.2. Disclosure required by law is not considered a breach of obligations.
6.3. The Service Provider collects IP addresses of Website visitors, but this is not used to identify individuals.
6.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for information made publicly available by the Customer on the Website.
6.5. By accepting this Offer, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider, including collection, storage, updating, use, anonymization, blocking, and destruction (with or without automation).
6.6. Personal data that may be processed includes:

8.1. The Customer warrants they have full legal capacity to enter into and fulfill this Agreement.
8.2. The Customer may unilaterally refuse services at any time. In such cases, payments made are non-refundable but may be applied to another service.
8.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting updates on the Website.
8.4. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.5. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
