A women's circle is an old and simple form: women gathering for practice, sharing, and support. Maya has used the circle as the primary geometry of her teaching for decades — a form in which equality is not declared but built into the shape of the room, where every woman remains visible to every other.
Her practice does not begin with a discussion topic or a sharing prompt. It begins with the shape of the circle itself — a form that quietly removes the ladder most rooms are built around. From there the practice builds: shared movement, shared attention, and the meeting of women who arrive as individuals and leave as a community.
