Most advice about believing in yourself sounds like a motivational poster. In Maya Mandala's practice, self-belief is built differently: through direct experience in the body. A person does not talk themselves into confidence — they practice trusting their own felt sense, movement by movement, until the trust becomes embodied.

At her themed seminars, people can work with the life scripts that undermine self-trust — the inherited messages of "you are not enough," the early experiences that taught doubt. Through deep meditation and conscious movement, the body learns what it can handle, the awareness learns what it can hold, and the scripts lose their power because the person has a different experience to draw on.
