For 15 years in practices and meditations, I had an inner search to connect with the feminine nature. And I also danced for 6 years all the different types of dances and was looking for the dance that would connect different states and the spiritual aspect. I didn't find it in the outside world. And I went into the study of the memory of my soul. Through tantric meditations, a lot of memories of what I once knew and danced were revealed. And this process took about 2 years to bring this practice into the world, to realize and understand how to transmit it. To do this, I got up every morning and danced, remembering this ancient knowledge and translating it into a system and structure. The name Mandala reflects the sacred geometry of our body and the sacred geometry of the Mandala of the Universe. Women stand in a circle, and they dance the sacred geometry of the dance pattern. If you look from above, it reflects the drawing of the mandala. There are a lot of levels in the Mandala: the level of energy, the level of body and consciousness.Through dance, we harmonize all our states and bring them into Divine order. We align ourselves with the universe and connect with our higher state.

Mandala dance has a beneficial effect on the body, emotions, feelings and thoughts. In dance, we connect with all our states, recognize them, harmonize and transform them into wisdom. Our presence and our quality of life are changing. Women unite with each other, remember again how to be together, how to share, how to be open, how to live in love with everything that surrounds them.

Mandala helps a woman to bring her body, consciousness and energy into balance and harmony. It helps to reveal her original nature, to understand who she is, what her purpose is and how it is possible to co shape the life through clarity, dancing all levels of life.

Women practicing the Mandala Dance are harmonizing life at all levels.
Consciousness:
- there is a return to their Original Nature, to the Divine consciousness;
- there is an assembly of oneself into one piece. They stop being torn by circumstances, events, people;
- the ability to enter a state of Clear Presence and from this state to build relationships with reality;
- there is a gentle healing of injuries at the level of the unconscious.

- normalizing women’s health, initiating rejuvenation processes;

When a woman returns to her nature, she connects with the Earth, with her body, with her soul, she creates life in beauty and harmony. And she radiates it into space, she glows with wisdom and it endlessly attracts all living beings. She becomes an awakened woman who understands herself, her destiny, and she becomes the one who creates worlds.

The mandala is divided into stages, levels of dance mastery. First, women take the "Birth" seminar, where we give basic practices that help to realize all levels of life. Then they go through the Mandala Dance 1st level. After that, personal practice is required for at least 1 year. Then women can move on to the 2nd level of Dance. It is also important to pass the "Blooming" seminar, where we give in-depth transfers of different practices. After that, a personal practice for 1 year, where women live a real experience of how the practice works in life at all levels. I will give the 3rd level of Dance for the 1st time this year, and women will pass exams, as well as in the traditions of yoga and other ancient schools. Women have the opportunity to continue their training on discs, but they must receive a transfer from me if they want to be Mandala Dance Hosts who are deeply immersed in Dance knowledge.

Dance training takes place in the form of seminars that last 6-7 days, during which a deep immersion takes place. It is necessary to have long skirts, jewelry and a clear motivation with you)

I receive thank-you letters every day with amazingly beautiful stories of women about how their lives, all spheres of life, health, relationships, internal and social realization are changing. The certificate is valid for 1 year. After issuing a level 1 certificate, the presenter is given 3 months for personal practice and after that the presenter gets the right to conduct Mandala dance classes. Yes, there is a male dance line. You can master it for yourself or become a certified instructor of Mandala practice

Prepayment for the seminar in the amount of 30% is carried out 3-2 weeks before the start of the seminar by bank transfer to the card. The prepayment is not refundable. If for some reason, after making a prepayment, you cannot attend the seminar, it can be transferred to the account of the following seminars. Prepayment is a guarantee of your participation in the seminar, as well as respect for the Master's time planning.
