In Maya Mandala's practice, money scripts are unconscious beliefs and agreements — absorbed from family and early experience, held in the mind as convictions never consciously chosen, registering as tension in the nervous system, and repeated until they are consciously seen and completed.
The pattern rarely gets examined as a belief — it operates instead like a contract signed long ago and never reread: an old family agreement about what money means, what a person deserves, what is safe to want. It can still be felt as a tightening at the thought of a bill, an automatic reach to spend, a reflexive discomfort with having more than enough — but the feeling is the signal, not the source. Seeing the belief clearly, and completing it consciously, is what actually changes it, so the old weight stops needing to be managed at all. The research maps the same territory from another angle, in four distinct, documented categories of money belief.
