Mandala Dance
Level 1

Retreat with Maya
November 9–15, Austria
is a sacred temple dance, an ancient lineage of transmission that works simultaneously on all levels — body, consciousness, and energy — and opens access to enlightened dimensions.

The practice is structured according to the laws of sacred geometry and consists of smooth spiral, wave-like, and circular movements, figure-eights, conscious breathing, attention, and presence. These forms reflect the fundamental principles of energy movement in the Universe.

By moving through them, a woman aligns her body, restores connection with herself and her body, heals and harmonizes herself, her health, and her elements, and awakens her feminine nature: beauty, wisdom, fluidity, strength, and naturalness.

Mandala Dance is:

From the perspective of sacred geometry, Mandala Dance is a living embodiment of the divine order of the Universe.

The circle, the spiral, the figure-eight, and the wave are not merely forms of movement — they are the primordial foundation of creation, the language through which the Universe itself speaks.

At the heart of the dance lies the Flower of Life mandala — the original harmonic principle of the birth and manifestation of all that exists.

Mandala Dance helps you discover and unfold your true nature and luminous potential, and deeply connect with your body, soul, spirit, and the space of Life.

By practicing Mandala Dance, a woman qualitatively transforms her state, health, and life:

restores health and activates the work of internal organs, working deeply with the entire body system and improving the digestive, lymphatic, reproductive, nervous, and endocrine systems

properly aligns and structures her body, energy centers, and state, restores posture, plasticity, coordination, and stability

returns to conscious presence and embodied living, freeing herself from fatigue, negative experiences, tension, blocks, and stagnation

lowers levels of inflammation, cortisol, and stress, relaxes, and activates processes of rejuvenation and blood purification

strengthens her connection with the Earth and natural rhythms, and restores connection with her own power
connects with her soul, true nature, and instincts, entering a state of love, lightness, clarity, and wisdom

learns to listen to, hear, and feel herself; restores her connection with herself and awakens, then harmoniously lives, her sensitivity, sexuality, softness, fluidity, and relaxation

restores harmonious interaction with people and the world — rooted in trust, openness, and support

returns to wholeness on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels

becomes aware of and brings into reality her true desires, needs, dreams, and intentions
Mandala Dance helps you find the way home to yourself and to your original nature, where everything is one, light, and simple.

It opens infinite possibilities to create and express creativity everywhere, and to be in clarity and presence.

It is a beautiful way to celebrate yourself and your life.

How do you become a
lead practitioner?

The “Mandala Dance” practice is divided into levels of mastery.
step
1
Complete Maya’s recorded online course or in-person retreat “Fundamentals of Life – Level 1”, where the state of consciousness, the way one experiences oneself and life as a whole are qualitatively transformed. A deep review, cleansing, healing, and reformatting of all scenarios, programs, and beliefs take place on every level.
step
2
Complete the in-person retreat “Mandala Dance – Level 1” in order to master the practice and properly structure the body.
3
After mastering Level 1, one can proceed to Levels 2 and 3 of the practice, which are transmitted during the live retreats “Mandala Dance – Level 2” and “Mandala Dance – Level 3”.
4
To dive more deeply into the practice and receive Facilitator certificates for Level 2 or Level 3, it is necessary to complete Maya’s in-person retreat or online course “Fundamentals of Life – Level 2”.

During the retreat you will open an understanding of how to unfold into your true realization, potential, abundance, power, and wisdom; how to move from the qualities of clarity, awareness, responsibility, love, and royal dignity and nobility; and how to shape life in new aspects and levels of development.
You will be able to create a new quality of events in creativity, creation, and freedom at the level of individuality, dancing and playing with yourself and the world.

Depending on the level of mastery of the practice and understanding of its foundations, retreat participants have the opportunity to receive a Facilitator certificate for Level 2 or Level 3.
Those who have received a Level 3 Facilitator certificate must come to Maya after 2 years for certification confirmation.
Level 1 and Level 2 Facilitators come for recertification after one year.
step
step
Only facilitators who have completed Maya’s retreats and received confirmation and a certificate are authorized to conduct classes using Mandala practices.
Facilitators are required to receive the full transmission of the practice in order to understand its complete integrity, regularly undergo certification confirmation, and deepen their presence in the practice.
To do this, one must enter Mandala Dance step by step. At Levels 1 and 2 of the practice, women do not yet have the full transmission of the practices.
