«Basics of Life» is a basic program consisting of 2 stages of seminars
Each stage consists of practices that help to change the state of consciousness and self-realisation, as well as consciously move to a qualitatively different level of life
where there is A CONSISTENT TRANSITION FROM RECAPITULATION OF PERSONAL NEGATIVE SCENARIOS TO AWARENESS OF GLOBAL INTERACTIONS.
At the 2nd stage of the seminar:
We learn to manage reality on a different level
We go to a deeper level, recapitulate all the negative karmic stories of past lives and see what is important to change, transform past experiences into knowledge and gifts.
We can heal and reformat all connections more deeply
THE WORK OF CONSCIOUS LIVING OF ONESELF AT A QUALITATIVELY NEW LEVEL CONTINUES.
We learn:
to lead your life out of the qualities of independence and maturity and develop self-love
to build new relationships with the world out of trust and open heart, clarity, wisdom and love
to realise your dreams and desires of the soul
to live your destiny, your Divine nature and potentiality, and learn to live from this dimension
to live sensuality and sexuality through creativity, to discover new interactions with the world
to complete contracts with all systems of any level and exit from unconscious collective programs into conscious living of a human creator
how to love from trust and openness, from the depths of the heart, how to build relationships out of this with all people
how to listen to intuition and superpowers, trust them, adjust your life and actions according to this
Moreover, at this seminar we see the results of our experience, of our work with ourselves
From the quality of awareness, we will diagnose our life and see:
How we create ourselves and life around us at the level of individuality, how we personally live our creativity through this quality, dancing and playing with ourselves and the world.
How we have revealed ourselves in our wealth, abundance, in all material aspects. This is the quality of clear light, the quality of the sun, the quality of the Divine structure.
How we create our kingdom and how we interact with others, how we are in our dignity and nobility, in our generosity, how we manage ourselves, our life and the space around out of these qualities.
What level of life force we have accumulated, how securely we stand on our feet, how much we live our truth. To what extent we are rooted and can clearly be in our strength and wisdom, in connection with the earth.

Maya conducts international training: retreats, seminars, master classes for various levels of training for men and women in Europe, Asia and Russia. Maya is the author and creator of Mandala Dance, Dakini dance, Wave yoga, Egyptian Yoga and Egyptian Dance.
years of studying and practicing the world’s ancient traditions
Dzogchen became the root teaching of Maya. Gradually, through practice, a unified system of education for the transfer of knowledge about human nature and about the original state was formed. In which people from different countries of the world were trained, thanks to which a new galaxy of masters appeared.

people all over the world have been trained to practice Mandala dance by Maya. And almost 300 of them constantly conduct classes in 12 countries and in more than 60 cities of Russia

in 2017, Maya published a book about the practice of Mandala dance, in 2019 — the books "Breath of Life" and "Mandala Dance 2nd level". She has released a series of video practices and lessons for self-study.
